Rugged Intel® Core™ Series 3 Edge AI Computer for Intelligent Vehicles
VBOX-3631-(M12X) is a rugged fanless in-vehicle edge AI computer powered by Intel® Core™ Processors Series 3 with an integrated NPU for efficient AI acceleration at the edge. Designed for intelligent transportation and connected vehicle applications, it delivers reliable performance while maintaining low power consumption and long-term stability.
The system features one 2.5GbE and four GbE ports for high-speed networking, USB Type-C DisplayPort output, dual CAN FD, isolated digital I/O, and multiple wireless expansion options including 5G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. A front-access RTC battery tray, optional Battery Backup Unit (BBU), and Smart Power Management simplify maintenance while ensuring uninterrupted operation in mission-critical environments.
Supporting a wide 9–60V DC input, fanless operation, and optional M12 X-coded connectors, VBOX-3631-(M12X) is built for demanding transportation environments such as public transit, fleet management, mobile surveillance, autonomous vehicles, railway systems, and roadside edge AI deployments.
